Rent Control – will it accomplish what it is intended to do by preventing displacement and adding stability. Control of corporate landlords. Cons could be deceased supply, decreased maintenance and lowering city budgets by devaluing property

Danvers Candidate debate will be on June 24
Affirmative Action Chair: Shay Jaboin nominated by Lydia King elected by acclamation
SCC Resolution on rent stabilization. Members should contact City reps with their concerns.
Next Meeting: Social/Fundraiser at Salem Willows Monday July 20 @ 6:30PM across from the Arcades, beyond the huge Beech tree. Bring your own dinner and a side to share. Blanket or chair. Non disposable plates cutlery. There will be soft drinks and water.
